As per the rumor mills these days the two are going around. As soon as Neetu arrived at the function, the people also speculated Randeep to be with her. The media waited for Randeep till the last but he did not come.
Salman Khan gifts sister Alvira penthouse worth Rs 10 crore
Salman Khan bought sister Alvira Agnihotri an apartment worth Rs 10 crore last week. The actor's behna (he lovingly calls her Baby) is married to actor-turned-producer Atul Agnihotri.
Baby lives near their parents' home in Bandra, but now her new address is a swanky penthouse in Pacific Heights, a building near Rizvi Complex off Carter Road, in the same suburb.
According to a real estate broker from the suburb, the penthouse measures 4, 000 square feet. "Going by the current rate (Rs 25, 000 per sq ft), the flat would cost around Rs 10 crore, " said the broker.
When contacted Atul said, "It isn't true. We are looking at a new place, but we haven't bought any property at the moment."
Naya ghar
Rizvi Builders' Pacific Heights is one of the most hi-tech buildings in the suburb. It offers video intercom facility with visitors in the lobby, at the door, and residents of other apartments. It also boasts of alarm systems to warn of fire, gas leak and burglars, and lights with sensors so you don't have to worry about switching them off when you leave a room.

Quite a disturbing trend: Multi-starrer without hotties
Most big banner films that begin shooting soon with multi-star casts, have no leading ladies signed on
Quite a disturbing trend, this! Big banner movies with impressive male star casts have little or no female presence.
Raj Kumar Santoshi begins shooting an action film entitled Power, which will star Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, Anil Kapoor and Emraan Hashmi. But no leading ladies have been locked in although the film is just two months away from shooting.
Says producer Firoz Nadiadwala, "We are in the process of looking for actresses. It isn't easy, since every actor is different in personality and stature. Besides, the focus in Power is on the action."
Santoshi and his producer are flying down to Mumbai the team that did the action sequences in The Bourne Identity. The five heroes (Big B included) will be expected to perform the kind of sophisticated acts the Bourne films are known for.
Obviously, romancing glamorous gals is not a priority in these capers.
No gals here as well
Abbas-Mustan's The Italian Job remake features Abhishek Bachchan, Neil Nitin Mukesh and other male actors. The female actors are missing. Firoz Nadiadwala's third Hera Pheri film has Abhishek Bachchan, Nana Patekar and Sunil Shetty. The leading ladies are yet to be cast.

Angry Trisha Krishnan speaks on her Drug Scandal
The Khatta Meetha debutante Trisha Krishnan who will next be seen in Hindi with Pratik Babbar has become embroiled in a drug scandal.
A report on a Telugu channel claims Trisha's name features in the list of clients of a Nigerian drug dealer. All because she has a very close friend of African origin, the dress designer Sidney Sladen!
Trisha is not taking it lying down.
Fuming from Chennai she says, “It's very strange. I was shooting in Kodaikanal when this Telugu news channel put this news out. And they put a still of me and this very dear friend of mine who's Afro-American. They assumed that this fashion-designer friend of mine from Chennai was some drug peddler from Nigera.”
And Trisha is not amused. “I was angry. This is not just a harmless rumour. The first thing I did was to get my lawyer to issue statements to all the tv channels.
I've taken legal action against the channel which put this out. There is not an element of truth in it.It's strange where this story came from. I haven't been to Hyderabad for a year now. I was told this peddler knows my number. But come on, everyone knows my number.”
Trisha thinks this an attempt to malign her in the Telugu film industry. 'The only problem is, you can't pinpoint such a thing to any one source. But yes, it seems to have been done to tarnish my image. Luckily I've got a lot of support in Hyderabad even from the authorities.”
